Governance

We work with you to manage your organization according to the governing documents and state statutes. We help you navigate the complexities of keeping documents up to date, and facilitation of board and owner member meetings and communication. We have experience working with startup associations and guiding you from being declarant managed to owner/member managed.

Financial Management

We provide comprehensive bookkeeping services, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, budgeting and more. We take care of all the financial details and provide bank reconciliations and timely reporting to the board and owners. We work directly with your accountant and legal counsel for tax filings or liens. We utilize software that offers secure portals for online payments and current owner ledger availability with 24/7 access.

Building & Grounds Maintenance 

We work to minimize your maintenance costs by scheduling preventive maintenance within the guidelines and budget parameters of your association. We work with you to develop reserve budgets to plan the anticipated long term expenses of maintaining facilities and properties with minimal surprise. We also handle emergent repairs and maintenance issues right away, utilizing our established network of licensed and insured contractors.

Cheryl Ridgely, CMCA®

Owner & Commercial Portfolio Management


Cheryl Ridgely is an owner and member of RTE Property Group, LLC and is the principal portfolio manager for commercial & association property management. She has more than 40 years of professional business experience in real estate, healthcare, and management consulting. Cheryl spent 35+ years in the healthcare industry leading business development and market expansion initiatives across the US. Locally, Cheryl served on the senior leadership team of Bozeman Health for 15 years leading business development, strategic planning, real estate acquisition, land asset management & development, facility planning and construction project management for key installations, along with marketing communications and public relations. Her experience includes oversight responsibility for commercial leasing transactions; feasibility, architectural, & construction planning for medical facilities, including the greenfield Big Sky Medical Center; construction project management for a 55+ residential subdivision; managing land use master planning projects; and numerous real estate transactions for corporations. Cheryl holds a B.S. in Public Administration and is a licensed real estate broker. Additionally, she holds the credential of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) by the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) and is a member of the Community Associations Institute. Cheryl’s passions include travel, photography, the family dogs, and all things related to grand kid pursuits.
