Market Commitment and Experience

RTE Property Group is a team of experienced real estate, property management, and business professionals. With 80+ years combined experience in the greater Gallatin Valley market, our principals are committed to the success and managed growth of our community. We have a new look and renewed focus, but our experience and expertise runs long and deep in southwest Montana.

Currently, RTE Property Group manages a portfolio of more than 800 commercial & multi-family units in the greater Gallatin Valley & Big Sky area.

RTE also provides property owners’ association (POA) support services for the boards of owners’ associations. We have experience managing residential, mixed use, and commercial POA’s, including consultative support to developers’ transition from declarant to member owned association turnover. RTE provides a full-service solution for these organizations with tools and technology required to ease the burden on building owners and POA board members.

Rachel Dudley

Rachel Dudley has 15 years of experience in the multifamily rental industry and leads the RTE Property Group Team. Rachel started her career in Seattle and focuses on creative problem solving and cost-effective measures to ensure ownership goals are met. Rachel oversees all business operations of RTE including accounts management, multi-family leasing, owner and tenant relations, staff oversight and training, and all RTE service delivery. In her free time, you’ll find her out on the rivers fly fishing with her family, milling around in her garden, or playing league volleyball.

Paul Novak

Director of Association & Commercial Property Management

Montana Licensed Property Manager

Paul Novak brings a strong background in property management, operations, financial analysis, and client service to the RTE Property Group team. He has 10 years of management experience that includes managing residential and commercial portfolios, overseeing maintenance coordination and Capital Expenditure projects, improving internal processes, and working closely with owners, tenants, vendors, and team members to keep properties operating efficiently.

In his role with RTE, Paul focuses on commercial property management, association management, owner and board communication, vendor coordination, project follow-through, budgeting support, and delivering organized, responsive service to the communities RTE manages. He brings a practical, operations-focused approach to property management and enjoys helping clients find clear solutions to day-to-day issues while supporting the long-term success of their properties and associations.

Paul has a BS degree in Business Administration with specializations in Finance and Accounting. Outside of work, Paul enjoys golfing, exploring Bozeman, and spending time with his wife.

Cheryl Ridgely, CMCA®

Co-Owner & Commercial Portfolio Management

Cheryl Ridgely is a co-owner and member of RTE Property Group, LLC and was the founding principal for commercial & association property management for RTE. She has more than 40 years of professional business experience in real estate, healthcare, and management consulting. Cheryl focuses on business development, new client onboarding, and association board governance advisory and support for RTE’s clients. Cheryl previously spent 35+ years in the healthcare industry leading business development and market expansion initiatives across the US. Her experience includes business development, strategic planning, real estate acquisition, land asset management & development, facility planning and construction project management, along with marketing communications and public relations. Cheryl’s career portfolio includes oversight responsibility for commercial leasing transactions; feasibility, architectural, & construction planning for medical facilities, including the greenfield Big Sky Medical Center; construction project management for a 55+ residential subdivision; managing land use master planning projects; and numerous real estate transactions for corporations. Cheryl holds a B.S. in Public Administration and is a licensed real estate broker. Additionally, she holds the credential of Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) by the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) and is a member of the Community Associations Institute. Cheryl’s passions include travel, photography, and all things related to grand kid pursuits.
